James F. Kernicky Photography owns the copyright to all content on the jfk-photo.com site. All photos have been registered through the US Copyright office.

Any prohibited use of photos as outlined below, is considered infringement by US copyright law.

The following is prohibited:
~ Embedding any of my images into a web page.
~ Using programs to download or spider through the jfk-photo.com site for purposes other than indexing.
~ Framing of any of the jfk-photo.com pages.

The following is allowed:
~ You are allowed and encouraged to make a link to any of the web pages of this site.
~ Non-commercial, private or personal use is allowed: as a background image or screen saver for your computer, e-mailing a low-resolution copy, and printing an image(s) from your printer.

Written authorization for usage of low-res photos from this site is not necessary, presuming the above guidelines have been followed.

Note: The above applies to private-use only. Any other usage, (e.g., distribution, reproduction, or use in public of the photos or text) does require authorization received in writing from James Kernicky.

For other private \ non-commercial use, you need to email me (jim@jfk-photo.com) with names of the photo(s) that you want to use, reasons for the usage, and\or the address of the web page, before authorization is allowed.

Use that requires a licensing contract and payment:
~ Sales of, or uses involving payment for my photos: use on behalf of an organization or individual for professional reasons; use for promotional, editorial or advertising reasons; use on a self-promotional or commercial web site; use on sales of a product and\or has paid advertising associated with it.
